Eligibility

The Early Bird Lucky Draw is open to all registered delegates, faculty, and industry participants attending NICE LIVE 2026.

Badge Scan Requirement

To be eligible, participants must scan their conference badge during the official Early Bird scan window:

Badge scans done after the above time window will not be eligible for the lucky draw.

Lucky Draw Timing

The lucky draw will be conducted during the morning scientific sessions.

• Thursday: Between 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
• Friday, Saturday & Sunday: Between 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM

Prize Announcement

There will be 3 winners .

Prize announcements will be made at unannounced intervals during the morning session. The selected participant must be physically present inside the hall at the time of announcement to claim the prize.

In case the selected participant is not present in the hall, another name will be drawn.

Travel Grant Opportunity at NICE LIVE 2026

NICE LIVE 2026 brings delegates and faculty a chance to win travel grants for prestigious international conferences, including:

SLICE | AAFITN | LINNC ASIA | PAIRS | WLNC | BNS

Eligibility

This opportunity is open to registered delegates and faculty attending NICE LIVE 2026.

How to Participate

Participants must visit the exhibition area and company booths during the conference.

There will be 11 exhibition booths. Participants are required to scan their badge at the booths they visit.

Selection Process

The delegates/faculty who scan their badges at the maximum number of booths will be shortlisted.

From the shortlisted participants, winners will be selected through a lucky draw. Travel grant will be announced in the last session of the conference.

Travel Grants

Every day, 3–4 travel grants will be awarded for participation in prestigious meetings such as SLICE, AAFITN, LINNC ASIA, PAIRS, WLNC, and BNS.
